STRENGTH PROGRAMS FOR ATHLETES Include:
- A custom 4-week power program designed to strengthen, as well as, master form & technique.
- (Powerlifters) Focus on Bench, Squat & Deadlift with program designed for the geared or raw lifter.
- Clients will submit videos of themselves doing lifts which will be analyzed for technique and corrections/tips to improve power, form and results.
- (Other Sports) Clients will submit current training routines and goals which will be redesigned to enhance skill sets, power, speed and endurance.
- Programs include unlimited email consults and are designed by Jon Marshall - 24 Time National PowerLifting Champion, NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
